Circular Light

After a long day of work, I had a nice night in with a few mates that led to walking someone home across the village. The lamp shown always catches my eye, where the tree branches always seem to be rotating around the light, and tonight seemed like an appropiate time to catch it!

However, I must just point out, my brother told me the branches aren't moving around the light source, but light creates circular patterns that reflect off the branches or something... that was a few years ago that he told me that though, so the exact details are slightly hazy!
