Flappy flappy .....

We spent the morning waiting for the drizzle to clear and sat in Wookie and Slimfasts caravan...
When I awoke at 9am I phoned my cup of tea order over to Slimfast.. she then SCREECHED out of her window (our tent was next to their van) and all the rest of the campsite queued up for their tea too,thinking she was the local tea trolly bint........
We pottered then as the clouds cleared we all went off to Ilfracombe ... cream tea for Slimmy and I and the Dads took the babes to the arcades,we also watched the fishing boats come in,poked dead dog fish washed up on the little beach in the harbour,and Freddie tried to roll on one... vile.
Then we had ice cream,I had rum'n'raisin... we got drenched in a sudden downpour.... tried to do some 'crabbing' but the crabs did not like cooked sausage that we had saved from breakfast.. selfish stupid crabs.
Wandered about a bit,and we ate sticks of rock and YES I KNOW.. it's pure sugar .. but I love it !!!! so there.
All went back to Saunton sands in the evening,it was windy..... ate chips from a cone thingy on the beach..... Eve swam... Sam got cold.... I got my trousers wet... got cross... lucy got cross... Pepé looked furious and all was harmony... :D
Sat in the caravan awning after the children went to sleep,ate cheese and biscuits and also.. a giant family bar of galaxy chocolate ;)
