Kladdkaka
Quite a difficult word to say if you have ever watched Shooting Stars. ......kladdkakakakakakaaaaaaaaaakakakaaaaaaaaaakkaaaakakaaaaaaa!
Tis my second attempt, the first one was in totally the wrong sized tin and looked like a not quite cooked biscuit, but tasted divine so the recipe was given a second chance.
As far as I can ascertain it is a cross between cake, brownie and those sticky molten oozey chocolate puddings. Who knew the Swedes were such afficionados of all things cakey?
