Wasn't sure whether to blip this one or not! But I kind of think it perfectly portrays Monty's slightly Victor Meldrew / grumpy old man approach to life!

I made the most of the sunshine this morning and went for an extra long bike ride (27 miles for those who are interested). It was lovely, but as a result I have achieved very little else today. Still that's what weekends are for surely?
