The New Layer

As I went swimming this morning, the crew was already preparing for the new layer. When I came back they had put tar on the road and I had to drive on it for a few meters and then go a back way (and breaking lot of traffic rules) to my parking.

Six days ago they did this and later to day we will have a brand new layer on our street.
