looking good

Opened the first bottle of my first Hefe-Weizen batch that I bottled last Sunday. It's already nicely carbonated, and the taste was beyond all my expectations. It was so good, in fact, that I was well beyond halfway until I realised I was supposed to blip it. I'm going to give the rest of the batch one more week to finish and mature, though.
