A Ball of Fire!
Up and at 'em early!!
Not like a bird catching the early worm (or is that the early bird catching the worm....?? whatever!) but like a blipper chasing the sunrise.
It was bl**dy freezing at 06.45 this morning, waiting by the river at Sutton Bridge (Lincolnshire) to catch the sun rising behind this pylon - I had to walk a couple of steps every few minutes - didn't realise the world turned so quickly - (random thought: why don't I get dizzy?) - the sun would rise a little and would be slightly off centre, so took another step, same again ....... anyway, I finally got too cold and came home with my 50 plus shots - I liked the bonus birds in this one!
The camera setting was on "vivid" and aside from a tight panoramic crop (giving a little noise) it is SOOC.
For a totally different sunrise proving how Mother Nature works her magic please pop over and take a look at AnnieBScotland's Sunrise - it is beautiful.
Thank you so much for your comments and ideas on my "wedding rings" shot yesterday - nice of you all to take the time and make the effort.
Much appreciated.
