Shiny new toys

New fruit-based phone. It's very light. Almost too light. I feel like I am going to break this thing. My last iPhone 4 I chucked around and fairly abused, but for the moment I'm handling this one like a faberge egg. I'm sure it's pretty robust, but it's new and pretty.

Despite all the complaints I used the sat nav on the new maps and it worked like a charm. Met up with a friend who also got one today, so we spend a long time talking about memory storage and network speeds and playing with our new toys. Our wives were less enthusiastic.

Murray Rewatch Status
Finally, Murray plays a blinder of a set. Championship point... and he does it! For the first time in 76 years a british man has WON A GRAND SLAM. He throws his racquet in the air! He falls on his back! He's crying! He's running round the stadium! He hugs his family!

Oh wait no, sorry. He just kind of kneels down for a second looking a bit shocked. Then gets annoyed because he can't find his watch. Then reverts to interview mode looking slightly bored and talking about the wind and stuff. Good old Andy, wouldn't have it any other way. Well done.
