K is for Kenneggy Sands
Continuing on with our A - Z around the Cornish coastline challenge............................
This afternoon we went to Kenneggy Sands so that we could have a play with my bouncy ball. We had a plan. Ann parked the car at 'Higher Kenneggy' and we walked the half mile down a little path to the Kenneggy cliffs. Then she took some photos for my blip.
It looks like we are really close to the edge here; (but just to reasure everyone re health & safety) we weren't really and Ann would never put us in danger for the sake of a blip.
Anyway we got to the part of the coastal path where the steps lead down to the beach and found it all taped/chained/roped/signed off. Not quite sure why - something to do with H&S. Honestly health & safety legislation is always stopping us having fun??!!
Sooooooo, we had to change our plan. We decided to do a circular walk and walk along the coastal path to the end of Kenneggy Sands and then go up through the fields to get back to the car.
.........................Mmmmmmm best laid plans and all that??!!
Ann spotted cows in the fields and as we don't know how Ozzy behaves around cows we decided to go back the way we'd come.
We still had a lovely walk though............................... and we both managed to stay ever so clean!
