Flat and Featureless
Welcome to my world....this is the road to most anywhere I need to go from my house...exciting isn't it....there are other spots with shaggy grass and thorny mesquite trees, sometimes there's cows in these fields. It's not exactly gob-smacking scenery even on its best days...but if you like wide open spaces this is the place to be - at least you always feel like you can breathe out here (except when it's 110 outside and the air burns your lungs LOL)
I often want to blip the drive to town, but I'm usually driving so not really a safe idea - today I was being driven so I snapped away.
As a side note, see that blob in the sky, I was going to photoshop it out, it's been in some of my pics for days now, tried changing lenses but it was still there so I figured it was in the camera. Discovered a "how to clean the sensor" online and sure enough, when I looked there was a tiny bit of debris on that sensor - the write up recommended blowing it off with a bubble blower from the camera store but I discovered the rubber ended syringe type thing that you use to give medicine to little kids worked just as well - thought I'd share the tip (and the blob in the pic) in case anyone ever gets the same problem.
