In the Queens Gardens.

I doubt that Queen Victoria ever knew she had a garden in Nelson NZ but it was opened in 1892 to celebrate her Jubilee.

It is a small and beautifully cared for park that generations of people in Nelson have enjoyed as a special place. I remember as a child it was a huge treat to visit Nelson, have lunch in the Queen's Gardens and feed the ducks.

I cant really tie it to O, R or 10, but perhaps O for Old or R for Reigning Monarch could do at a pinch.
