Ice house?

....or Folly

Can you believe I almost forgot to blip today! I took the picture and then got busy in the evening and forgot to upload it, not really like me at all so here it is, bit of a back blip.

This construction is in Worden Park at Leyland, I'm not sure if it is a folly or an old ice house.
