This man counts the brent geese arriving on the estuary from Siberia. Yesterday he recorded 3,456.

I didn't dare ask what number he was up to today when this happened - the flock rising, sweeping about in a big circle and settling pretty much where they had been before.

More excitingly, heard today that some of my pictures will be exhibited next summer as part of the Leigh Art Trail. I'm blipping delighted!
