Swan on Duddingston Loch

We have had such a lovely day, first ice skating with the Middleman family (just the kids, us woosy adults cheered from the sidelines), then a picnic up Arthur's seat (in the car, it wasn't that nice), followed by a couple of strolls round Duddingston. We are now a bit becalmed, wondering if we are hungry enough to go out to eat, or whether to make do with what is in the fridge.

So today I took lots of pictures, and am a bit spoiled for choice. I think this is my favourite, other than the ones featuring the ice skating.
