Pumpkin for Dinner
Our Cockatoo Gracie likes to be a part of every activity.
So, when I was cleaning a pumpkin in preparation for a filling of potato chunks, marinated beef chunks, tomatoes, garlic and some Italian seasoning, Gracie wouldn't have it any way but that she got to sample what I was preparing.
The stuffed pumpkin went into the 300° oven, the rest of the seeds went on a cookie sheet sprayed with olive oil and popcorn salt, and Gracie got a fist-full of fresh raw pumpkin guts. YUMM!
