The Bridge cafe was quiet this morning.  I returned to wash the car and sit in the newly decorated living room with the woodburner lit.  It has been a quiet day but there is another badminton match tonight.  I will have to leave early as it is a way away.  This is the third this week and my knee is beginning to feel it again.  I have another two matches next week so must try to stay fit.
