Running Views Pt 12

I had to drag myself out for a run this morning, and was immediately glad that I did; the foggy landscape was brilliant to run through. It was the first run in ages that I really enjoyed, which I'm hoping means that I'm progressing a bit!

It's been a fairly standard work day today, which has been nice following a couple of weeks of stress. My Mum popped over for some homemade celery soup at lunchtime, which was a very welcome break.
