Two out of three ain't bad

This is a two in one; the first of all being te flags in the background, they've been flying half-mast all day to commemorate liberation of my adopted town, on this date in 1944.
It was liberated by the 15th Scottish division, which I think is rather lovely considering I have Scottish ancestry. Perhaps we were made for each other?

The second thing being the day (and night) of culture in the town. It was fun; tango in the shopping mall, and these people, part of Close Act were rehearsing for the big finale tonight in front of the castle.
