Apples in the Scrabbler

This is the Cider making process in action - I was the official 'helper' as my beloved was the official 'maker' check this link out - cider making
The scrabbler chops the apples up prior to pressing .... easy.
Then the pulverised apples are pressed ....hard work ( not me )

Apple Juice!!

Yeast has been added to the vat of collected apple juice, which now will live in the kitchen to keep warm! ( so long as it doesn't explode! ) and bottling will happen maybe in a week or two......

Will let you know what it tastes like ( but as a confirmed wine & champagne lover ........well! )
