The little accordeonist

The village I live in counted about 50 brickyards a centuary ago, among which a few remain today, still providing work to about thirty families, which is a sizeable advantage for those who live in the countryside nowadays.
The two primary schools of the village used to be (and probably still are) supplied with unlimited quantities of free clay for the children to practise their sculpture skills. The brickyards would cook their works in their ovens for free.
My six years old daughter Marguerite modeled this funny little accordeonist goblin, inspired by the presence of the many musicians who used to come home to work with her Dad at that time. (Still do).
The little accordeonist's been playing his silent tunes on the piano ever since.
