The Futures Bright

Remember Matt opened a real bread bakery called 'Jigsaw Bakery' and used to sell his home made bread from the family camper. Well this week he moved into a shop!

Brilliant! Though he can only sell from it at the moment as the 3phase power for the oven is not in yet. However he and Darren have made a great job of the shop and it is much nicer than standing outside in winter.

It is great progress, we are all very proud of him and the whole family as it is indeed a team effort.

Do you think that is enough flattery to get him to bake me a couple of those Sunflower seed jobbies as they are splendid, oh and those ginger scones are brilliant so a couple of those as well ;) (well I have to try)

Apart from that we've got to the end stages of a couple of projects that have been taking a bit of time and are kicking two more really good ones off on monday. Great weeks work from everyone at Igentics, well done folks.

Now for a weekend, fireworks, football, bonfires, and hopefully some sleep.
