A lovely view

But tough work getting there on a scorching hot day. In the end Goat Fell defeated us (this time - we'll be back) and we stopped at the start of the last ridge where the going gets steeper and more difficult. But we still enjoyed fantastic views down towards Brodick and across to the mainland. And we were treated to a visit from a small gang of Ravens and a Golden Eagle flying past. Further down we had seen a pair of dragonflies mating in mid-air and on the way back we saw a massive hairy caterpillar crossing the path. A cracking day! Rounded off with the World Cup game between Belgium and Brazil - I think Belgium just about deserved their win.
