11th November, 1919..............

...................was the date of the first Two Minute Silence which was held in London.
Whilst we remember, with gratitude, the thousands who lost their lives in our and others defence, let us also not forget all the members of our Armed Forces still in action in many parts of the world and pray for their safe return. May we at the same time, give thoughts to the many who have returned but who have suffered from horrific injuries - both physically and mentally.

We will not and must not forget!
