downward dog

it's so hard to find a blip on a wet day like today, but my friends were prepared to demonstrate their yoga poses while we waited for the start of pilates (they're so fit!).
I've worked at home today, I'm not usually very good at it (no discipline!) but I managed to read and understand some legal stuff I've been meaning to get to grips with for ages. Pity I felt I needed regular doses of toast to get through it!
tonight is bookgoup, we've read Pure by Andrew Miller, I have really enjoyed it, despite its rather gruesome plot about enptying an over filled cemetary in 1785 Paris.
