Friends

Back in the heady 1980s, I shared a flat with these two lunatics. We've stayed in touch since although we only get together once every ten years or so, mainly because Maureen (on the right) now lives in Florida. It always seems that we see each other every ten years, though it's purely coincidental, rather than by design.

Maureen arrived last night, and Marion this morning so we went down to Deal, as its always quite buzzy on a Saturday. Had lunch, followed by a walk on the beach and then a drink in a seafront pub to warm up!

When we lived together, one meal we always had together was spaghetti carbonara, so I'm making that tonight! Served with a large portion of catching up!
