There's a monster in the playground

Where have all the children gone? Isn't this a playground? Are there not meant to be children outside playing? No they are inside with long faces. And why? Because of the the monster in the playground ?! No, Health and safely!!! Isn't it amazing how children of yesteryear managed to play out in all weathers and now children have to be wrapped in cotton wool!!
