Not Quite Asleep

B, H and I walked around Kelling Heath this morning.  It was cloudy and slightly hazy so not great for landscape photos.  As I was still trying out my new 70-300mm zoom lens, I decided to concentrate on smaller subjects.  These two sleepy mallards fitted the bill and I have added an extra of a couple of feathers caught in a gorse bush.  
The weather may have been dull, but not the company.  We discussed all manner of subjects and put the world to rights (as usual)!.
