Agapanthus again

This was my back up photo, in case what I was planning didn't work out as I intended. It didn't, so here is the little hover fly instead.

My plan was harder than anticipated, with lots of variables, that kept on varying too much! I'm not giving up, just regrouping another day. It's a vaguely Christmas themed thing is all I'm saying. You may or may not ever see it.

Only half a day of school to go and then it's no more lunchboxes or early mornings for five and a half weeks. It seems to me we are being shortchanged with the holidays - some schools get seven or more. Why is that?
