Christmas Pudding

Merry Christmas one and all! I forgot to take a picture when I was out walking this morning to see how close the flood water from the Thames is encroaching (too close). Better to remember this Christmas with the wonderful armagnac with which we doused the Christmas pudding. As the pudding collapsed, next year I may persuade the family that traditions are there to be broken and try the recipe that Veronica has linked to for Delia's ginger pudding.
I'd also like to echo Chaiselongue's sentiments, wishing for peace at Christmas...
