proper guacamole

Made a batch of guacamole today. Preparing your own is the only way to get decent guacamole in Finland. People usually screw it up by either using bad ingredients, or by leaving some key ingredient like cilantro out, or by putting something in it that doesn't belong there, like dairy products or lime juice. OK, the lime juice is arguable, but I always leave it out.
