Sunset at Marine Park

Cynthia has been trying for a long time to get me to go to Yoga classes with her. I know I would benefit from it -- I'm not as flexible as I used to be -- but I've resisted going. When her Yoga studio offered a free trial lesson, she pleaded with me to try it, and today I did.

It wasn't as bad as I feared -- after all it was a beginners' class -- but it confirmed my suspicions about my condition.

After the class, we dashed down to Marine Park to catch the sunset. That's two in a row for me. I promise I'll blip something different tomorrow.

Will I continue with the Gentle torture Yoga? That hasn't been decided yet.
