Stanley

I had a lovely lie in this morning in preparation for a night shift later. The snow was still lying thickly on the ground and i had an entertaining 20 minutes playing with the cats in the garden throwing snowballs which they dutifully caught. Rosie seems a bit hardier disappearing for a couple of hours at a time whilst Stanley has a mad race around and then makes a beeline for his food bowl. :-)
This afternoon i've had my best friend round for cups of tea and Christmas cake in front of the fire and now i'm sitting for an hour with my tapestry before i have to get ready for work. It feels more like a Sunday so it'll be a bonus to do it all again tomorrow but without work at the end of it. :-)
