This might be the smallest dog I've yet to see, half the size of our Taz. She must have a story and she's not telling. Handed into the council , whoever found her cut her hair , it 's in a state. She's an adult, is happiest tucked in your arm and quiet as a mouse, actually - perhaps she is one? Not chipped or registered and so small and fragile she'd wither at the shelter so Kolala brought her home to stay here for her mandatory 7 days quarantine.
