"SEVERE WEATHER WARNING" it said, yester

Is that what it is?
Got the week's victualling done, home to lurk, nothing more than a couple of mm. of saccharin sized flutters all day.
Then it started, and looked like it meant it, then it had a rest, then it had another flurry. At time of blipping 17:30(ish) it was probably worstest, then came that pause, it's off again with a whole inch to show for a day's work.

THIS is what they call "severe"? Where were they in '47 when I was sledging with Dad on the main road out of town and '63, when I built an igloo in the field over the road? Or, for that matter 1994?
