Bracing

The long awaited fitting of the braces took place today. You will Jave to go large to get the full metal effect!

The folks at Beams were lovely as always and are so used to mums taking shots of their kids they didn't blink an eye. Although, they did say I was a softie for not taking a shot of jake when they had the cheek brace thing in to fully open his mouth. Gave him that Wallace and Grommet look! That would have been to cruel wouldn't it?

It's rubbish having a birthday on a Monday...who feels like partying on a Monday? Still when you get to my age perhaps it's better to opt for the quiet life! A wee wine glass may be filled and emptied later as a small celebration.

Busy week ahead...best take a deep breath and jump on in!
