Shiver my timbers . . . !

First of all, a huge thank you to everyone who commented on my birthday blip yesterday. It was a terrific response and such a surprise! It may have taken nearly six years to complete three years worth of blips, but it has been worth it! Thanks again!

Today Ollie, recovered from his moment in the spotlight, and I headed back to the old boats. It was a day of sleety showers and hailstones, so we had to chose our time, but the sun came out briefly and we pootled about on the shore for quite a while.

This is the boat I blipped part of before, the one from the Eurythmics video. As you can see, there is not a lot left of it, but with Ollie giving you some idea of scale, you can see the size of the timbers.
