Marmalade days

Most years I buy Seville oranges and some years I actually get around to making some marmalade. This is obviously a good year!

I'm no expert and find the whole process quite stressful. Will it set? Will it turn out like toffee?

According to Nigella, just 15 minutes of rapid boiling is required. Well sorry Nigella but I reckon it took an hour and a half. Then I got chatting to some one and nearly messed it up completely. Just about got away with it!
