Cemetery .....

..... and star trails.

This evening after work I spent almost three hours in the local cemetery taking 250 x 30 second exposures of the night sky to create a star trail image. Other then three dog walkers, I saw no other people for the three hours so spent most of the time watching satellites pass over head whilst the stars slowly rotated around the north star. The only sounds were the rushing of the river on the far side of the cemetery and a couple of owls screetching. Luckily I don't get spooked too easily.

My feet are now freezing and I'm at my friend Alison's house for this weeks cake night. So today's blip is the .....
