Shine bright like a diamond!

After champagne breakfast and a dip in the pool, we packed the complimentary Havaianas and stepped out of the pink palace across the road to the falls. We weren´t expecting much after being told the Brazilian side wasn´t as amazing as Iguassu in Argentina, but we were still left breathtaken.

On our way down to the boardwalk, we came across many coatis´ and I was very happy to spot a toucan. I didn´t realise at this point the boy was getting edgy.

Once we reached the boardwalk, the boy told me he had a question to ask and got down on one knee and asked the scariest question of all. I said Yep! Here´s a picture of us just after the moment, if you look closely you´ll see the ring...

The happy couple then headed off for a 2 hour flight to the craaazy city of Rio. The ring will stay in the safety deposit box until Paris!

PS. The boy will still be referred to as the boy, we don´t like the word fiance!
