NHS Day

LC welcomed over a thousand NHS workers today, free of charge with activities, trails, goody bags and free lunch. The weather was not brilliant, and my team of 8 froze and often got wet, but they smiled and interacted all day. The feedback has been great, we all enjoyed the day And all went home to a bath and large glass of something! Lockdown has certainly played havoc with my fitness!
