A Near Mist

I nearly missed this photo this morning. The forecast was for fog, so I didn't get up especially early for a chance of a sunrise, but when I did wake and groggily glanced out of the window I knew I might miss a special scene.

I got up as quick as I could and headed for the bottom end of the moor to get this scene.

What a beautiful day it turned out to be too. Far too good to miss by sleeping in!

I saw my first honeybee of the year on a crocus - Spring is dawning I think :o)

Off to friends for dinner now - hope to catch up on journals and some belated blipdays tomorrow!
