Foccacia bread

I'm not long in after my 2nd Spice event which i've really enjoyed. I went to a cookery school where we had demonstrations on how to make Foccacia bread and homemade pasta after which we were let loose to have a go ourselves. I wish you could smell these, they're divine! The larger plait is flavoured with fresh rosemary, then there is a smaller loaf with caramalised red onion, parmesan and olives, and the 2nd small one of parmesan and sun dried tomato! I've also come home with a tub of fresh tagliatelle and the recipe for a lovely butter sauce to accompany it.
Now i'm going to pick one to break open and have a proper taste. :-))
