What Did You Do Today?
The first warm and sunny day of the year that I can recall, clear blue skies and a breeze made it a lovely day.
After ten hours sleep, sausage sandwich and a coffee I went into work, taking Joshua with me.
Six hours later we had painted two zebra crossings, two 50m walkways, (two lines on each making around 200m), pedestrian walkway signs and 5mph speed limit signs all painted by hand using aerosol cans. We stopped only for one coffee break, lemonade for Joshua.
By the time we got home my knees hurt, my back hurt and I'm tired. Joshua was great company, helped with the painting and made the time go faster.
Today's photo shows the entrance road complete with the new paintwork, the yellow and white stands out ok, the red not so well.
