Retro Bicycle--in Cyan!

I took this on an urgent walk to this afternoon to the post office, bank and the fnac at the Italie 2 shopping center. The fnac (a specialty department store) was the urgent part--our printer ran out of ink after warnings for weeks. 14 euros per cartridge is digital robbery, as far as I'm concerned, but we have no choice.

This bike is regularly parked (as far as I can tell) near our apartment--its owner probably lives in a large apartment building behind me, across the street. In the background is a park-like area closed to the public, behind large school buildings (they are on the streets to the left and above the location marked on the map). The sprig of green leaves wrapped around the handlebars is still fresh, indicating that the bike is doubtless regularly used.
