Maiden Call to Bonaire, Dutch Antilles

What a beautiful spot this is...one of the prettiest cities I've seen yet on the Panama Canal cruise . I took lots of photos which you can view on my FLICKR PAGE!

Bonaire is a Caribbean island that, with the uninhabited islet of Klein Bonaire nestled in its western crescent, forms a special minicipality of the Netherlands. Together with Aruba and Curacoa, it forms a groups referred to as the ABC islands of the Leeward Antilles, the southern island chain of the Lesseer Antilles.

Bonaire is world renowned for its excellent scuba diving. Today 3 of us went off to snorkel, while I went on a hike to see the flora and fauna:))
