WHAT????
The nose of a cat kitchen criminal is perfectly tuned to detect the aroma of what she wants the instant the refrigerator door opens. We had some chicken left over from the soup I made last night, and she knew it. We usually have only vegetables, but she knows when we don't. Trying to remove the lightning fast criminal can be very tiresome. Her kitchen crimes always end with her being coaxed out with the prize she wanted, it's the only way.
For the Record,
This day came in with sun and dry weather. Snowflakes on the way later tonight. We're going to a fun lecture tonight at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston. G will meet us for dinner in the cafe there and the program about the home and studio of one of my favorite artists, a Swede from the Gilded Age of Painting, Anders Zorn.
