A Change of Direction?

Brimming with enthusiasm James went for his interview at Hills Road Sixth Form College today.

He wants to study computing, physics, maths and chemistry and is predicted to get A or A*'s.

But, he came away confused and disappointed. He said that the interviewer seemed uninterested in him, did not react positively to any of the answers James gave and wasn't encouraging at all.

Frustratingly I was not present at the actual interview to either reassure, agree or defend him. Life is tough but I regret that the tutor in question did not try and make this another positive experience.

When you have worked so hard it is tough to feel so knocked back.
