Rant Alert!!!!

Spent most of the day trying to deal with this. Rubbish! The Cooncil has not emptied our bins for three weeks, the rubbish is backed up in the bin-chutes to the first floor. I've taped up the chutes to prevent the problem being added to, but I suspect that will just make some of our thicker residents dump bags of rubbish in the chute rooms. I've emailed the council and drafted a letter to put through the door of all 42 flats begging them to recycle and to use the bins on the street. I know it's never going to work...
