St Mary Redcliffe

A bitterly cold day, snow flurries and big wind-chill. The clouds and the light were dramatic; really I should have wrapped up warmer and taken some photos outdoors. But instead on the walk home I stole away from all that, into the calm of St Mary Redcliffe, and stared at the ceiling for a bit.

Queen Elizabeth I said this of St Mary Redcliffe: "the fairest, goodliest, and most famous parish church in England.". I think she had a point.
