Early haar

Yesterday caught up with me today. I got to the pool, on the bike, but only lasted 15 minutes. I'd woken up with a headache but once in the pool it was crushing and I could barely move. Came home and lay on the bed but I bounced back after a long phone call. My workmen are sick today, so no progress.

It was a much less frantic day today. Lunch in the garden and some College work in the afternoon. Did a few FVA emails after that. Feel much more relaxed than yesterday.

A trip to wee Tesco I relaxed in front of the box. The clouds have come over but the 7am haar was dramatic.
